HRH Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was established in 2021 by Laiton Carter to bridge a gap in Carroll County for kids & families in need. HRH provides basic needs items, including, but not limited to: food, clothing, hygiene products, baby essentials, feminine hygiene products, various types of bedding, educational items, etc. to children who are in crisis or at risk of being in crisis.

Our tagline “Humanity is Responsible for Humanity” emphasizes a responsibility for humans to help other humans, and that is exactly what our mission is. We prioritize the service of lessening the burden on caregivers, family members and children who are going through a crisis situation to give them a chance at being in a safe and healthy situation. We believe that children deserve to have access to all daily life necessities. Good people can make a significant impact on people in need and HRH strives to be living proof of that. HRH Foundation has a continuous goal of serving the children and families of Carroll County and the surrounding areas in the times they need it most.
